I had a retaining wall done by them and it is absolutely beautiful!!!! Everyone was so nice ( they even started a week early)and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

We had previously worked with another big name high priced waterproofing company and had a bad experience. We took a chance and went with D-Bug and we are so glad that we did. D-Bug did a great job installing an interior french drain and sump pumps, an exterior french drain, and regrading around the house. I would recommend them to anyone with water problems. They sheeted everything off with plastic before getting started, and left the basement clean.

We had a pretty serious problem with a large and aging retaining wall on our property.  Initially, we had trouble finding a company who would even consider the job, until someone recommended D-Bug Waterproofing. They were very responsive from the very beginning about our concerns and budget, and explained the process and what to expect from idea to build. They did everything possible to find local, quality resources to help keep material costs to a minimum. They did the job in the timeframe they promised and repaired the lawn they said would get torn up from the heavy equipment. The wall looks great! We would definitely recommend D-Bug to anyone looking for a professional and hard-working team, especially for challenging projects.

Very quick work and very nice people.  They said a day and a half.  But was finished in a full day. .very professional and hard workers. Also cleaned up the work area very nice. I now have a new and usable basement.

Everyone that I talked to was great and they did an amazing job. They installed a sump pump in our basement that we desperately needed and I couldn't have asked for a better company to do the work. They did however break one of my decorations that I found the day after next to the sump pump that I was not notified about. It wasn't moved beforehand which is on my part, but it would have been nice to have been at least told about it.

D-Bug team did a fabulous job on my 73 year old basement! The 8 person team arrived on time and went straight to work. They worked hard for 8 hours and completed the job in one day. They caulked and sealed the entire rear wall that had been leaking, then installed a french drain system along the inside of the rear wall of the basement (by jack-hammering out the floor where necessary). The walls were then lined with a plastic sheeting material to direct any water that may come in through the walls to the french drain. They installed a sump pump which was connected to the french drain to pump water out of the house. The entire system was covered with concrete to complete the installation. They also repaired one outside wall that had begun to collapse inward with a steel I-beam and a connecting anchor rod to pull it back to it's original location. They made sure that the area upstairs where they entered the basement was sealed off with plastic from floor to ceiling, the floor was protected both inside and outside. The team carried all the dirt and stone bucket by bucket outside the house to the waiting dump truck. When they left, you could not even tell that they had been there! They were very professional and hardworking. I would highly recommend D-Bug waterproofing to anyone needing a basement waterproofed.
